1965 first edition hardcover book of 130 pages, with photos. Freyberg V.C. the Man 1939-1945, by his NZ war staff member, Major-General W. G. Stevens. Author’s fascinating account of appointing and working with Freyberg, while in charge of NZ Forces during WW2. Book is in ok / good condition. Has pen inscription on first blank page and some old staining in places. All pages bright.
